So, when you guys suggested that we cut down on the questions in an emergency, we listened. Adding your emergency information in the app, allows us to confirm information, rather than ask questions, which ensures we are off the phone to you and onto coordinating your help, faster than before. You can update your information by following these steps:
- Download the latest version of Namola on your smartphone and update Namola
- Open the Namola App
- At the bottom of your screen, you will see 5 icons. Select the one that says “Profile”
- Select Emergency Information tab
- You will see 5 categories that you will need to fill in:
- About Me
- Primary Vehicle
- Home Security.
